OK, remember when I said earlier that I have been feeling a little poopy and was way behind on my burpee goal? Well, I wasn’t kidding.
I am supposed to have tackled 1000 burpees by February 28th and do you wanna know how many I have?
426. That’s it. I did a total of 100 burpees over the weekend. Only 100. I was planning on doing today’s workout on Sunday, and to be honest, I did get through the first little bit of it, but then mommy duties called and I didn’t get a break again in the day. The beginning of the week, well. I was busy. Not a good excuse but it’s the only one I’ve got.
That leaves my balance at 574 burpees before Friday. With 3 days to do that, that is just over 191 burpees a day. Shoot me.
Without further ado, here is my 200 Burpee Workout!
I took many breaks during this workout. I feel like jelly! I also finished watching the Katy Perry movie (<- affiliate link!) on Amazon instant, which I really enjoyed. Because I like Katy Perry and because it made the workout go faster.
I have a feeling I am going to be sore tomorrow.
